Mission Statement:
Growing Lovely and Maturely (GLAM) is dedicated to fostering confidence and self-esteem among high school and middle school students through mentorship and counseling. Our primary objective is to reduce retaliation stemming from bullying, educate on healthy relationships, and empower youth to navigate conflicts successfully.
Goals:
Our overarching goal at GLAM is to diminish the prevalence of retaliation resulting from bullying, which often leads to violence or self-harm. We aim to achieve this by instilling self-confidence, providing a robust support system, promoting awareness of healthy relationships, and equipping youth with the skills to de-escalate and resolve conflicts effectively.
Focus:
GLAM concentrates on supporting youth during their critical identity development stages. By addressing the challenges faced by high school and middle school students, we seek to empower them with the tools necessary to navigate the complexities of adolescence, ensuring a foundation for a confident and mature future.
